  • Accounts found to contain false information may be permanently closed and any pending balances forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

  • All transactions on the platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP) through local Philippine payment channels.
  • Deposits are credited to your account balance in full with no deductions for currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
  • Withdrawals are processed back through the same local payment channels used for deposits and require a completed account verification.
  • bouncingball is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions outside of the platform's control.
  • Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or fraudulently charge back a deposit may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the account balance.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

  • All games available on the platform — including Casino, Live Casino, and Bingo — must be played in good faith and in accordance with the rules displayed within each game.
  • The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
